Q2: Can you customize tile trim profiles for my project?
A: Yes. We offer full OEM & ODM support on tile trim and cabinet frame profile: custom shapes, sizes, colors, surface finishes and branded packaging, developed from your drawings or samples. In-house tooling shortens development time, and standard samples are free.
Q3: How do you choose the right tile trim size?
A: Match the trim depth to your tile thickness so the profile sits flush with the tile face. For large-format, stone or thick-bed installations, allow extra depth for the adhesive. WINSEN holds 1,500+ existing molds plus in-house tooling for non-standard tile trim sizes.
Q4: How do you protect products during shipping?
A: We use protective films, shrink wrap and reinforced cartons to prevent scratches and deformation.
Q5: What is your MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 500 pcs, and we offer flexible solutions for different order sizes. Standard aluminum tile trim ships in 25–30 days; customized profiles take 30–35 days. Monthly output of 450–600 tons supports bulk and long-term supply.
